JIC Leasing recently provided financial leasing services to a small and micro enterprise (SME) in Shibing County, Guizhou, one of the company’s designated assisted counties. This support has facilitated the coordinated development of industrial growth and rural revitalization.

Located in the northwest of Qiandongnan Autonomous Prefecture in eastern Guizhou province, Shibing County is home to 19 ethnic groups, including Han, Miao, Dong, Bouyei, and Tujia. Shibing is the designated assisted county of JIC Group, a shareholder of JIC Leasing. JIC Group has ensured continuous financial support for the county, implementing a range of initiatives for industrial development, education, healthcare, financial insurance, and consumption assistance to promote the county's social and economic progress. Since 2020, JIC Leasing has donated a total of RMB 1.8 million to Shibing and allocated RMB 520,000 in consumer assistance funds to support the construction of local educational infrastructure and the development of the rural economy.

The supported enterprise operates in the green circular economy. Introduced to Shibing to capitalize on local resource endowments, it transforms excess plastic into battery casings, thus turning waste into value. It commenced production in 2023 and generated an output value of RMB 36 million in its first year, quickly becoming a key employer and major taxpayer in the county. In 2024, the enterprise continued its rapid growth, surpassing its total 2023 output value within the first ten months. However, due to the payment cycles of downstream clients, a significant portion of its operating capital remains tied up. Despite strong market demand, limited liquidity has constrained its ability to expand production. JIC Leasing's support has greatly alleviated its financial challenges.

JIC Leasing provided support through financial leasing, utilizing a total credit line with small, phased withdrawals to help the enterprise purchase equipment in batches. This approach not only met the enterprise's need to expand its scope and market reach, but also mitigated the risk of idle equipment caused by excessive one-time investments and delayed downstream market expansion. By addressing the enterprise's equipment upgrade challenges, JIC Leasing has effectively boosted the growth and advancement of local industries.

President Xi Jinping has emphasized that"industrial revitalization should be the top priority of rural revitalization."
